Helsinki Study Visit at Lycée des Arts et Métiers
🇫🇮🇱🇺 Helsinki Study Visit at Lycée des Arts et Métiers
We were delighted to welcome a delegation of Finnish school principals from Helsinki to Lycée des Arts et Métiers!
During their visit, we had the pleasure of sharing insights into our school’s educational objectives and our commitment to promoting students’ well-being, personal growth, and development.
Our principal, Kim Heuskin, together with members of the Educational and Psychosocial Department and our Physical Education teachers, presented various initiatives and approaches that contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering learning environment.
The presentations covered a wide range of topics, including coaching, learning support, well-being, relaxation, Mental Health First Aid, sports activities, extracurricular programmes and much more.
These initiatives reflect our commitment to helping students become responsible, ethical, open-minded, proactive, and critical-thinking individuals, while fostering the six essential 21st-century skills (6Cs): Communication, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Citizenship, and Character Education.
The visit also provided a wonderful opportunity for meaningful discussions and an inspiring exchange of ideas. We were equally grateful to learn more about the Finnish education system and the organisation of schools in Helsinki.
We truly appreciate this enriching international Exchange.
🇫🇮 Kiitos vierailustanne! 🇱🇺
Thank you for your visit!
